Toni Knight

Burnout Specialist

Toni is a psychotherapist, author and presenter who specialises in anxiety, burnout (and CF) and trauma. She has a four-year degree in psychology, a lively private practice in Newcastle, NSW and 20 years of experience helping people to live values-centred lives.

She regularly consults with private practices of professional caregivers and collaborates with OT Australia on professional resilience. She believes that professional caregiving is of utmost importance to our community and our nation, and that we must value the health and wellbeing of those who perform this vital work.

Michelle Bihary

People Leadership and Workplace Resilience Expert

Michelle Bihary is a mental health Occupational Therapist with over 35 years’ experience working, supervising and leading within public mental health and her own mental health practice.

Renowned for her Professional and Clinical Supervision training, she draws on theoretically and research-informed principles to ensure that supervision is aligned with best practice. Over the past 30 years she has held a supervision practice and supervised a broad range of health professionals from new graduates to CEOs, from all over Australia.

Jess Francis

The Training Club

Jess Francis is an occupational therapist and innovation consultant working at the intersection of healthcare, technology and workforce design.

She supports allied health practices to move beyond surface-level AI adoption toward strategic, sustainable integration that strengthens clinical quality, efficiency and service delivery. She is known for helping practice owners navigate real-world implementation challenges (governance, consent, documentation workflows and team readiness) while maintaining professional standards and ethical integrity.

Victoria Obieglo

Over the last 6+ years of her career, V has honed her marketing, paid ad and social media skills in a wide variety of businesses – from working in-house in teams of 5 all the way through to global tech corporations, before making the jump to agency land.

She brings experience across key platforms, including Meta, Google, Pinterest, TikTok and LinkedIn, as well as a passion for the impact that both social media marketing and paid advertising can have on any business – regardless of their size.

Azmeena Hussain OAM

Principal at Maurice Blackburn Lawyers

Azmeena Hussain OAM is a Principal at Maurice Blackburn Lawyers and has over 15 years of legal experience advocating for ordinary Australians. She has provided advice to the Victorian Statutory WorkCover Advisory and is listed in the prestigious Doyle’s Guide as a preeminent Australian Personal Injuries lawyer. She is also a Law Institute of Victoria Accredited Specialist in personal injury law.

She has a particular interest in the intersection of health practitioners and the law and works closely with practitioners to advance positive outcomes for patients and clients. She works closely with peak allied health organisations including OTA, APA and AHTA on legal advice, education and policy.

She was awarded an Order of Australia Medal for her contributions to the community and the law.
