Through the travel experts at Accommodation Link, rooms at the group rate are limited and available on a first come, first-served basis.

How To Book Accommodation

You will require a valid credit card to secure your booking. Please ensure you check the cancellation and billing arrangements for your nominated hotel as each option will vary. All room rates are in Australian Dollars and inclusive of 10% GST.

Should you require a room outside of the dates available, please email the request to Accommodation Link on the email noted below.

Once you have completed your booking, you will receive a confirmation via email. This is not a tax invoice. A tax invoice will be issued by the hotel upon check out.

Please note that the rates are based on the best available rate of the day at the time of booking and booked via a third-party provider. These bookings can be cancelled online, however any changes need to be made following the instructions within your confirmation email. Please always read the hotels’ policies prior to finalising any bookings.

Change of Booking

Changes and cancellations can be made 24/7 via the accommodation portal, as long as availability exists and you are outside the cancellation period. You are able to securely login to make changes via the Edit Reservations Now button in your confirmation email. Please refer to Accommodation Link’s FAQ’s for more information. If you need any assistance, please send your inquiry via email on bookings@accommodationlink.com.au or phone 1300 729 030 or +61 2 4201 0447 (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm AEST). You do not need to contact the hotel directly.

Booking Terms and Conditions

Deposit and cancellation terms and conditions are set by each hotel/apartment and available to view within the booking portal. Please ensure you read these carefully prior to confirming your booking. Should you wish to cancel your booking, you will be liable for the applicable cancellation and/or refund policy.
