Exhibitor Presentations

Limited Opportunities - Secure Your Spot Today! 

We invite organisations to share their industry expertise with delegates via 12-minute presentations. Take the opportunity to showcase your products and services, demonstrate techniques for client assessments, introduce new product developments and influence potential customers with in-depth information. The presentations will be delivered face to face during lunch breaks and must have an educational outcome for participants (sales presentations and pure product promotion will not be accepted).

Program Released:  21 February 2024

Presenter Deadline to Register:  20 March 2024


General Information

  • Submitting companies must be an existing confirmed Exhibitor of the OT Exchange 2024.
  • No further costs apply for the Exhibitor Presentation.
  • Submissions must have an educational outcome for participants. 
  • Exhibitor Presentations are 12 minutes in duration and will be allocated during the lunch breaks on 13 and 14 June 2024.
  • A maximum of two proposals may be submitted by any one company.
  • All presenters must be registered attendees of the OT Exchange.
  • You must use the required headings as per the guidelines noted below.
  • Submissions close on 8 November 2023.
  • Presentations will be listed, with descriptions, in the OT Exchange program.
  • Submissions will be reviewed by the members of the Program Committee and selected based on suitability and relevance to delegates.

How to Submit

To secure your presentation in the program you should submit a proposal via the 'Submit Exhibitor Presentation' button so your presentation outline can be reviewed by members of the Program Committee. Submissions are now open, closing on 8 November 2023. All content will need to be approved by Occupational Therapy Australia.

1. Prepare your submission up to 250 words in total. You may like to format as:

- Synopsis

- Aim/s of Presentation

- Target Audience

- Key Outcomes

- Potential Value for Profession


2. Click on the below link to access the presentation submission portal.


Within the portal, you will need to 'Create a New Account', then 'Update Your Contact Information'. Once this step is done, you will see the 'Presentation Submission' tab.


3. Follow the instructions to submit your presentation. You will be asked the following questions:

- Presentation title

- Preferred presentation type

- Presentation theme / practice area

- Key words that relate to your submission

- Author names and affiliations

- Biography of the presenting author

- Your 250 word presentation submission


4. Complete your submission and 'Submit' then check your inbox for your confirmation email. If you have not received a confirmation email your presentation has not been submitted.


5. Notification of the outcome of your submission will be sent to you by email on 31 January 2024.
