Exhibitor Presentations

The Virtual OT Exchange Committee are pleased to invite organisations to share their knowledge and expertise of their industry and/or products to Conference delegates via Exhibitor Presentations.

Why Present?

Take the opportunity to showcase your products and services, demonstrate techniques for client assessments, introduce new product developments and reach current and potential customers with in-depth information or hands-on instruction video.

The 12 minute sessions are to take place at scheduled times throughout the two day program on 14-15 September 2020.

How to Submit Your Presentation

To secure your presentation in the program you should submit a proposal via the call for presentations weblink so your presentation outline can be reviewed by members of the Conference committee by Tuesday 25 August 2020. The successful organisations will be notified by Monday 31 August 2020.

General Information

Sessions are 12 minutes offered on 14 and 15 September 2020.

A maximum of two proposals may be submitted by any one company

You must use the following headings in your synopsis, aims of presentation, target audience, key outcomes, potential value for the profession

Presentations must have an educational outcome for participants. Sales presentations and pure product promotions will not be accepted

Submissions will be reviewed by the Conference committee and selected based on suitability and relevance to delegates

Submissions close on Friday 21 August 2020

Sessions will be held online

Sessions will be listed, with descriptions, in the Conference materials with their own program

Cost & Entitlements

Each presentation costs $750 (unless included in your existing sponsorship or exhibition package) and has the following inclusions:

• One 12 minute presentation

• One complimentary day registration for your session presenter

• Company logo and hyperlink to company website on the Conference website

• Presentation time and details listed in the program pages of the Conference website

• Company logo displayed on screen throughout your presentation

• Company logo and presentation information listed on the Virtual OT Exchange App

• Presentation analytics including number of viewers for your presentation provided post Conference

• Recording of your presentation available to delegates for on-demand viewing up to 30 days post Conference

Please note All presenters must be fully registered attendees of the Conference.
