Registration fees are provided below to assist in your planning and preparations. All fees are in Australian Dollars and inclusive of GST (ABN 27 025 075 008).

DESCRIPTION OF REGISTRATION CATEGORIES 

MEMBER FEE

To qualify for a member rate, you will need to be a member of Occupational Therapy Australia, NZAOT, WFOT or an International Association that is a member of WFOT or another approved allied health professional association. Your membership status will be verified with the relevant association upon registration.

NEW GRADUATE MEMBER FEE

To qualify for the New Graduate Member fee, you must be an OT who has graduated within the last year as per the OTA graduate membership guidelines and be a current member of OTA at the time of the Conference.

STUDENT FEE

To qualify for the student rate, you must be studying an undergraduate or masters entry level occupational therapy education program recognised by AHPRA and WFOT and not yet graduated, registered as a student with AHPRA and not a post graduate student of an occupational therapy program. 

You will also need to provide proof of student status in the form of copy of a student card or copy of current enrollment. Please email a copy to agedcare2019@otaus.com.au once your online registration has been completed.  Students include those studying as full time or full time post graduates.

DAY REGISTRATIONS

Please note there are no reduced early bird fees for day registrations.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

Full payment of fees is required before registrations can be processed and confirmed. Payment can be  made in the following manner:

1. CREDIT CARD PAYMENT

Visa, MasterCard and AMEX are accepted.

2. CHEQUE PAYMENT

Please make cheque/bank draft in Australian Dollars payable to Occupational Therapy Australia and mail with the tax invoice to Occupational Therapy Australia, 6/340 Gore Street, Fitzroy VIC 3065 Australia.

International Delegates please note: Cheque payment must be received by way of an international bank draft in Australian Dollars which states an Australian drawee bank. We cannot accept personal or company cheques.

Please note: Credit card payment is the only payment method accepted two weeks prior to the Conference.

 

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

REGISTRATION FEES

Registration cancellations received in writing to Occupational Therapy Australia 30 days prior to the Conference commencement date will receive a refund less a handling fee of $110 including GST. No refund will be given after this date.; however an alternative delegate name may be submitted. All cancellations and substitutions must be made in writing to Occupational Therapy Australia via agedcare2019@otaus.com.au.

ACCOMMODATION

For accommodation cancellation policies please refer to the individual hotel. Any amendments to original hotel bookings must be forwarded in writing to the hotel.

INSURANCE

Delegates are strongly advised to secure appropriate travel and health insurance. Delegate registration fees do not provide any such insurance coverage. The Conference Committee and Occupational Therapy Australia accept no responsibility for any loss in this regard.

TAX

All Conference registration fees and social function ticket rates are quoted in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST.
